Your Blog Is Awesome and I Am A Shameless Whore – The Risky Second Series

Hello all, I am back again with another 3 quest posts on three incredibly awesome sites. Having just re-read them to make sure they actually made some vague sense before shamelessly linking back to them in a wonderfully sneaky way of avoiding writing a post for Saturday I realised that at least two of the posts have distinctly less humour in them then usual. I must have been having a very deep thinking few weeks but don't worry they are still definitely worth reading. However, in light of the lack of humour before I plug them shamelessly below I will include two jokes to make up the humour deficit as is customary on this blog. (There's an animal theme)

No Gumpy Boy, Life Is Like A Thai Massage

As much as I enjoy the inspirational epic of a film that is “Forest Gump”, I believe that comparing life to “A Box Of Chocolates” because, as Mr Gump so eloquently puts it, “You never know what you are going to get” is fundamentally flawed. Wait wait, let me explain, put down the pitch fork. This will also be my last post for a week or so as I am off exploring again. Will return to blogging a week next Tuesday, try not to look too disappointed. I know, there there.

Your Blog Is Awesome and I Am A Shameless Whore

It's guest post round up time kids. Now some astute readers may peer through this smokescreen I am putting up and see a blatant, and frankly abysmal excuse by yours truly for not writing a proper post....and you would be right. I have been having an awesome time in the last few days and have neglected to write a decent post of even borderline quality, and as it happens my reserves of upcoming posts are dwindling horribly.

My Friend, You And I Are Both Losers…But It’s Ok Don’t Cry

I lost today and at some point in your life, like the bad guys in a James Bond movie, you will lose too. This unfortunate ass beating, in addition to giving me a red behind, got me thinking about how to be a loser, and more importantly how to be a better loser when life requires it. (Life never really requires you to be a loser, but in some cases it is unavoidable, much like stampeding moose) So why do I bring this up and where do I have the guts and gall to call you a loser too? Read on to find out my inquisitive reader.

Structure Is Like A Strong Wind…Flow is Like A Frikin’ Hurricane So Unleash The Beast

In addition to chocolate covered marshmallow, I am a great believer in having structure in life, and systems in place that allow you to work and function effectively. Like a strong wind or a forced piggy back from a friend, structure will take you to where you have set your sights on the horizon. However, I am not a stickler for structures and from time to time, like custard filled balloons, I will quite happily throw them out a 6th Story window when an altogether more powerful animal comes knocking.

How I Live Like I Do Without Robbing Banks – A Reader Email Answered.

Monday morning I sat down at my desk and opened up my email. Among the ones that stood out was this one below from Shiran of Monaco. She, along with some other readers have asked how I design my life, especially with regards to making money and where it comes from. In her email she [...]

5 Simple and Practical Ways to Feel More Content With Life Whilst Not On The Toilet

Generally speaking, the happiest people in the world are those that are content with what they have, be it great or small in the world’s eyes. Feeling content with life is far more important than being rich, famous or successful for one major reason; however rich, famous or successful you become, if you cannot feel content with your life then you [...]
