Check this out - someone had an e-mail conversation with my out of office auto response today. She sent an e-mail requesting an appointment time, got my auto response saying I was out of the office and then replied with "Oh yes, I forgot you were out today. I'll speak to you tomorrow" WTF!!!!??? Despite our best intentions, sometimes people just don't get it... Great post again Jonny.
